What our customers say about us.
Everything just works excellently from the beginning to the end – from the preparation phase to the actual event. For many years we have been working with Ms Mag. Michaela Leithner MA, SMILE-Translations. Every year at our international congress (ICOP) in different countries – we meet Ms Leithner and her SMILE-teams wherever we are. All teams are excellently prepared and they all work very professionally. We always have very special topics, therefore preparing for the the different presentations is more than crucial. If you ask me to characterise SMILE-Translations then I would use the following words: always punctual, reliable, flexible, quick in responding and reacting to situations and - interpreting on the highest level. We are looking forward to more joint projects and do recommend SMILE-Translations without any hesitation.

I hope you arrived well back home too! We have been really lucky to meet both you and your team. your work has been a very important part of the event!! All of the interpreters have been really professional and I received more than one positive comment about them!

Marcolin Eyewear/Swarowski Event
As a professional speaker for 22 years, I have spoken before many audiences around the world, but have had few opportunities to work with an interpreter as skilled as Micheala Leithner. Presenting to an audience of non-English speakers can be a daunting task. Micheala Leithner makes the entire process more pleasant by getting to know the presenter and his/her message and style. I would highly recommend Michaela Leithner to any group who depends on a skilled interpreter to convey both the words and the spirit in which those words were offered.

Watch Lenora Billings-Harris speaking about Michaela's performance at the GSA Convention 2010. She experienced her as a speaker, i.e. Michaela was her 'voice' in German to the German-speaking listeners, and as a listener, when Michaela interpreted the other speakers into English; some of them were actors, some of them comedians, some of them speakers like Lenora herself.
